Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us at the earliest opportunity. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during booking. Please note that any third-party transaction charges incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be classified as non-refundable. Such bookings are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. We advise all guests to carefully read the booking terms before confirming their stay.

Reservation Modifications

If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., change dates or room types), please contact us. All modifications are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
